Your information

Last updated October 8, 2026

Willems Auto Detailing is me, Matthias Willems. This page explains what happens to what you send me through the quote form on this site.

What the form collects

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you give it
• Your town
• Your vehicle: type, year, make and model, and the package and add-ons you're interested in
• The days and times that suit you, and any notes you write

What I use it for

Only to send you a quote and to book and carry out your detail. I don't add you to a mailing list, and I never sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.

Where it goes

This site is hosted by Netlify. When you send the form, Netlify stores your request and emails it to me. I keep your details as long as I need them to quote and book your detail, and for my business records after that.

Having it deleted

Email matthias@willemsautodetailing.ca and ask, and I'll delete what you sent me. You can also ask to see what I have, or have it corrected.
